If you have n average weight, it helps you improve your blood pressure.

According to some research, cancer is mostly obtained and exist to the persons who are overweight and obese. They are exposed on having a high chance of increasing risk for different types of cancer. Examples of those cancers are colon,prostate cancer for man, breast cancers that usually found on women and many other cancers. In order to avoid this, have a healthy lifestyle and never abuse yourself with lots of foods. Stick to what is the best for you.

If you gain a weight of 12 to 20 pounds, you are considered as a candidate for having a higher chance of improving a type 2 diabetes. The only way you can lower you risk on having this disease is through different physical activities like jogging or by simple walking helps you lose your weight. If you lose a little amount of weight, then it keeps you away from obtaining a high risk of this disease.

During a sleep time, if someone feels disorders on their breathing while sleeping, it means that they have a sleep apnea. This is commonly found on obese people. Other thing to remember is the Arthritis. It's effect exist on the bones that gives so much pain when felt. Due to overweight, your risk percentage of having this is about 10 to 14 percent for every 2 pound increase on you weight. Weight lose improves symptoms of arthritis. having an excess weight can bee dangerous to the pregnant woman too because the risk for death affects the baby and the mother. It also gives problems on her labour and delivery. Lastly, obesity affect life and makes you depressed. Repeatedly tell to yourself that you can have a healthy body and proper nutrition so that you will live your life full of happiness and no worries in the future. Maintain a good eating habit and everyday exercise for good blood circulation.
