8.Focus on losing fats rather than losing your weight because if you exercise, the muscle is more often used that burns the fats. Never skip your meal just to easily lose your weight but still eat meals regularly.

10.Make exercise a daily habit and take it seriously combined with healthy meals to stay youself active all the time.
